Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who provide care and support services to young people in a residential setting. The role will involve developing and implementing strategies to improve outcomes for young people, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services, and working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Team Leaders and Residential Support Workers.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services to residents.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve outcomes for young people.
- Proven experience in managing teams and delivering care services.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
- A competitive salary of up to £35,213.36 per annum.
- 37 hours per week (including sleep-in shifts).
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.
