Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supervising your shift to ensure seamless care delivery;
  • Case managing residents and liaising with families and healthcare professionals;
  • Administering and recording medication, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Carrying out risk assessments to identify potential hazards and take proactive steps to mitigate them;
  • Supporting residents with daily needs, including personal care and mobility assistance;
