Job Description: Care Management Team Lead

Compass Associates is seeking an experienced and ambitious Care Management Team Lead to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in healthcare management to take their career to the next level.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple services across the Bristol area, developing and implementing strategies for business growth and improvement. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of deputies and staff, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of deputies and staff
  • Develop and implement business growth and improvement strategies
  • Maintain compliance with CQC standards and procedures

Requirements:

  • NVQ 5 or equivalent in Health and Social Care
  • UK driving license and access to own vehicle
  • At least 2 years' experience in a senior management role within the Domiciliary care sector
  • Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and requirements
  • Multisite/Extra Care experience desirable

Estimated Salary: £57,000 - £63,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
