About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Development Manager to join our team at Hoop Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure new business and meet annual sales targets
  • Create and manage a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals
  • Lead and organise sales campaigns, coordinating with key departments like marketing, product strategy, and support services
  • Engage with new clients, guiding them through the sales process with help from internal teams
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings throughout the sales process to build strong relationships with clients
  • Present the value of our products in a compelling way, staying informed on market trends and competitors
  • Work closely with the product team to develop solutions tailored to each client's needs
Requirements
  • Proven success in Sales development, especially in SaaS or service-based industries
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations
  • Strong time management skills and the flexibility to handle changing priorities
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a consultative sales approach, with a history of meeting quotas and managing territories
