About the Role

Key Responsibilities

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager who has a proven track record in sales and account management. You will have a strong understanding of digital marketing and be able to develop instant rapport and build relationships with ease.

You will be a keen sales person with excellent pitching and sales skills, including negotiations and nurturing. You will have strong user skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and experience of organizing projects/tasks into an order with dates and deadlines.

You will also have experience of digital marketing, particularly SEO, and be able to understand a customer's needs. You will be naturally personable, with a warm and positive nature, and have strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to keeping your customer happy.

You will be a strategic thinker, self-starter, ambitious, and full of energy. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £34,000 basic depending on experience + commission, with an OTE of £45,000 – £50,000 in the first year. You will also receive 25 days holiday, quarterly performance bonus, company events and socials every month and quarter, inclusion in annual profit share, birthday off, last Friday of the month early finish, hybrid working with team socials/collaboration days in London, teas, coffees, snacks in London office, company pension, and a brand new laptop.
