Job Title: IAM System Administrator

At Impact Team, we are seeking a highly skilled IAM System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining our IAM systems, ensuring the security and integrity of our organizational assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain IAM systems, including user provisioning, access control, and authentication mechanisms.
  • Monitor user access rights and permissions, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to access-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to user authentication and authorization.
  • Conduct regular access reviews and audits to identify and mitigate security risks and ensure the integrity of IAM processes.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement security best practices and enhance IAM controls to protect organizational assets.
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of IAM policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Stay updated on emerging IAM technologies and industry trends to continuously improve IAM practices within the organization.
