About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to join our team in High Wycombe. As Automotive Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team in a prestige dealership environment.

Job Description:

  • Leadership: Plan, control and monitor customer service processes while managing and developing the team.
  • Hands on involvement to support the team where needed.
  • Performance Improvement: Enhance service team performance through effective coaching and performance management.
  • KPI Monitoring: Accurately record daily operating controls and KPIs.
  • Asset Management: Oversee the effective use and control of premises, tools, equipment and other dealership assets.
  • Expense Control: Regularly examine management accounts and budgets to maintain effective expense control.

  • Experience: Solid background in managing both service and parts departments in a main dealer Aftersales environment.
  • Relationship Building: Confident in building relationships and dealing with customers at all levels.
  • Team Motivation: Ability to create a positive working atmosphere, enthusing and motivating the team to meet agreed targets.
  • Process Driven: Strong process and statistics orientation.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to deliver high CSI results with a passion for excellent customer service.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of vehicle design, manufacture and legislation.
  • Driving Licence: Full driving licence is essential.
