Clinical Leadership Position in Eating Disorders

As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, Compass Associates is seeking a skilled Clinical Lead to join their specialist Eating Disorder service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced clinician to take on a leadership role and shape the future of the service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the service, including nursing and therapy service lines, and ensuring that all patients receive the highest standards of care in compliance with legislation and CQC guidelines.

You will work closely with the Hospital Director to develop and implement the hospital's strategy, oversee the performance and governance of all clinical departments, and foster a supportive and safe working environment. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will also contribute to decision-making and provide expert clinical guidance.

In exchange for your dedication and expertise, we offer a salary of £60,000 (DOE), comprehensive benefits including 25 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays, free on-site parking, and subsidised meals. Our location provides easy access to major transport links and is situated on the outskirts of High Wycombe.
