**Compass Associates: A Leading Provider of Mental Health Services**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at one of the UK's leading providers of mental health and wellbeing services.

The successful candidate will oversee the clinical operations of our specialist Eating Disorder service, offering NHS commissioned beds for Adult patients suffering from an Eating Disorder diagnosis.

As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will ensure that all patients receive the highest standards of care in compliance with legislation, CQC key lines of inquiry, and corporate policies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deputising for the Hospital Director in their absence
  • Assisting in developing and implementing the hospital's strategy in collaboration with the Hospital Director
  • Oversight of the performance and governance of all clinical departments
  • Fostering an effective, supportive, and safe working environment
  • Performing on-call duties in coordination with the broader multidisciplinary team

**Location and Benefits**

Our service is located on the outskirts of High Wycombe, providing excellent connectivity across the region. We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 (DOE), 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays, free on-site parking, and subsidised meals.
