**Specialist Eating Disorder Service Opportunity**

We are excited to collaborate with one of the UK's leading providers of mental health and wellbeing services to recruit a dynamic Clinical Lead for our specialist Eating Disorder service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the service, ensuring that all patients receive the highest standards of care in compliance with legislation, CQC key lines of inquiry, and corporate policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deputising for the Hospital Director in their absence
  • Collaboration with the Hospital Director to develop and implement the hospital's strategy
  • Oversight of the performance and governance of all clinical departments
  • Fostering an effective, supportive, and safe working environment
  • Performing on-call duties in coordination with the broader multidisciplinary team

**Salary and Career Development**

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £60,000 (DOE) and enjoy 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays. We also offer free on-site parking, subsidised meals, and career development opportunities, including potential for Hospital Directorship.
