Care and Support Team Lead

This Care and Support Team Lead opportunity has arisen in our Buckinghamshire office. We are looking for an experienced social care professional who can lead and manage a small team of social workers, providing high-quality care and support services to adults in need.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014, and be able to work effectively with adults and their families to develop strength-based plans and provide high-quality professional casework services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small team of social workers.
- Develop and implement effective care and support plans for adults in need.
- Work closely with adults, their families, and relevant stakeholders to promote independence and well-being.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
