Adult Supported Living Director

We are working in partnership with a care provider to recruit an experienced registered Supported Living Manager. The service supports adults with learning disabilities, ASD, and mental health needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing supported living services and be able to lead a team to provide high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage 1 supported living service and 1 single person service
- To ensure compliance with CQC regulations and registration
- To develop and implement individualised care plans
Salary Range: £35,250 - £36,750 per annum
This role is full-time, permanent, and based in High Wycombe.
