We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to oversee our supported living services, providing support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Register with the CQC as Registered Manager
- Direct management of a 13-bed service and 1 single person service.
- Oversight of the regulated activity across the organisation's supported living services.
- Manage 2 staff teams across these services.
- Ensure that the services are run in accordance with company vision and values.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a CQC registered manager.
- Experience managing supported living services is essential.
- Ability to manage multi-site services.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations.
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
- Estimated salary: £35,250 - £36,750 per annum, rising to £36,750 after CQC registration.
- 28 days paid holiday including bank holidays.
