Leading a Supported Living Team

As a leader in a supported living team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service, including staff management, service user care planning, and partnerships with external agencies.

You will need to have a degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as social work or nursing, and be registered with the appropriate regulatory body.

Our supported living services provide person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities, ASD, and mental health needs.

About the Role
  • Salary: £35,250 - £36,750 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Location: High Wycombe
  • Full Time: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and oversee the daily operations of our supported living service
  • To lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support
  • To work closely with service users, their families, and external partners to ensure individualised care plans are developed and implemented

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Registration with the appropriate regulatory body (e.g., NMC, HCPC)
  • Proven experience in managing a team and leading change initiatives
