About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a clinical team and providing high-quality psychological services to children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

The role involves facilitating multi-disciplinary working, developing bespoke assessment and intervention plans, and contributing to the development of our services.

As a key member of our clinical team, you will work closely with other professionals to ensure that our pupils receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a clinical team and provide guidance and support to staff members
  • Develop and implement effective assessment and intervention plans for children and adults with intellectual disabilities
  • Facilitate multi-disciplinary working and collaboration with other professionals
  • Contribute to the development of our services and ensure quality assurance

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
