About the Role:We are seeking a Clinical Team Lead - Psychology to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will provide guidance and support to our clinicians and therapists, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
The successful candidate will have a postgraduate doctoral level qualification in psychology, registered with the HCPC and BPS, and significant experience in clinical leadership and management. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
