As a Clinical Operations Manager at The Cherwell Hospital, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional standard of patient accommodation, technical equipment, and facilities that modern medicine demands.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 per annum, plus benefits such as 25 days' leave, private pension, and life assurance. You will also have the opportunity to work with a talented team and enjoy flexible shift patterns.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Registered with the NMC/HCPC
  • Recovery experience - 3 Years +
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
  • A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focus service
