Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday (days 8am-4pm/9am-5pm flexible), on-call is 1 week in 5 on average

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled manager to oversee our supported living services. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Register with the CQC as Registered Manager
  2. Direct management of a 13-bed service and 1 single person service
  3. Oversight of the regulated activity across the organisation's supported living services
  4. Manage 2 staff teams across these services, providing support and regular supervisions
  5. Ensure that the services are run in accordance with company vision and values

Essential Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a CQC registered manager
  2. Experience managing supported living services is essential
  3. Ability to manage multi-site services
  4. Knowledge of CQC regulations
  5. Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs
