Job Overview

This role involves working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide support to colleagues and patients. Key responsibilities include managing workload, prioritizing tasks based on clinical need, and liaising with radiologists, radiographers, sonographers, nursing staff, and administrative personnel.

As a member of the Radiology Department, you will have opportunities to work across various areas of imaging, including ultrasound, CT scans, MRI, minor interventional procedures, AE services, and general x-ray. You may be required to support weekend and evening shifts in CT, MRI, and ultrasound departments.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a sympathetic and caring attitude when interacting with patients of all ages. Basic keyboard skills for updating patient data are also essential.

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust offers competitive salaries. Based on national averages, we estimate an annual salary range of £22,000 - £28,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
