We are a leading global law firm seeking an experienced Finance Operations Administrator to join our team in Chelmsford. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for finance and administration to contribute to the success of our clients.

As a member of our Financial team, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and efficient service to internal and external clients. This includes reviewing aged debt lists, working closely with the credit control team, and ensuring accurate data is delivered promptly.

About the Role

  • This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week.
  • The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain accurate records and databases to support effective financial operations.
  2. Collaborate with the credit control team to identify and resolve outstanding invoices.
  3. Deliver prompt and accurate data to support billing and collections.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a finance environment desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with confident telephone manner and customer service skills.
  • Recent experience in Excel required for daily tasks.
