Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Services Coordinator at Armstrong Knight, you will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable ledger, ensuring that all payments are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer queries, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients.

You will work closely with our depot managers to ensure seamless communication and efficient invoice management. Your goal will be to resolve customer queries, identify potential issues, and provide proactive solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong accounting skills, experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (SAGE 50), and excellent customer service skills. A solid understanding of basic accounting collection regulations is essential, along with the ability to operate multiple business systems.

A competitive salary of £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year, based on experience, is offered for this exciting opportunity. If you have experience as an accounts receivable clerk, manager, or accountant, we encourage you to apply.
