Job Title: Financial Support Coordinator

Salary: £38,500 per annum

Location: Chelmsford, Essex

About the Job:

We are currently seeking a skilled Financial Support Coordinator to join our team at The Recruiter Ltd. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for providing financial support to our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with reinsurance recoveries for excess of loss, proportional and facultative accounts.
  • Calculating and issuing reinsurance collection notes in compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Producing Risk and Claim bordereaux to support reinsurance accounts.
  • Providing up-to-date financial information for management.
  • Assisting department head with project work involving new software or processes to test for possible implementation.
  • Providing a first-class service when dealing with customers relating to insurance and risk, achieving customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Responding to and resolving customer complaints, referring to others as appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Experience with a Lloyd's London Market would be useful
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Intermediate Word skills
