Job Title: Aftersales Customer Service Coordinator

Overview: Adore Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. This role involves improving customer service capabilities for the service and operations team, with a focus on responding to customer enquiries and managing queries.

Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer phone calls, emails, and web queries
  • Managing and resolving all queries on the service log
  • Collaborating with a supervisor and Customer Service Manager to achieve team goals

Salary and Benefits: £24,500 - £25,350 per annum, plus a quarterly bonus. Free onsite parking is available.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need experience in telephone helpdesk, logistics advisor, call centre helpdesk or similar. Being a car driver is also essential due to the rural location of the company's newly renovated offices between Wickford and Chelmsford.
