Your key responsibilities will include providing advice to members of the public on parking-related matters, assisting with email enquiries regarding Data Protection, and processing requests from individuals exercising their rights under data protection legislation. You will also be involved in collating cases to pursue through the legal process and corresponding on behalf of the Data Protection Team when required. To succeed in this role, you will need at least 3 years of general administrative experience, preferably with relevant industry experience or experience with Data Protection. You must have excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritise, manage time and work well under pressure, good written communication skills, and ability to make decisions based on evidence provided. You should also have a calm and helpful attitude, ability to multi-task, and follow company processes throughout each of the roles. In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus annual bonus scheme, Penfold Pension, Company Sick Pay after 12 months service, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, additional 1 day's holiday for your birthday week, Health care cash back scheme, Mental Health and Well Being Programmes (EAP), Employee discount scheme, Cycle to Work scheme, Employee of the Month Awards, and regular ad-hoc monetary recognition.
