We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our team at Compass Group UK's Royal Armouries & New Dock Hall in Leeds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing enquiries, working collaboratively with the sales team, and increasing revenues to meet targets.

Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting reactive sales activities, including responding to telephone and e-mail enquiries
  • Proactively selling facilities by various techniques, aiming to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Ensuring high standards of accurate and timely customer, staff, and management information
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Sales or event planning experience within the UK conference and events industry
  • Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
