Sales and Conference Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Sales and Conference Operations Coordinator at Britannia Hotels. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, drive revenue growth, and provide exceptional customer service.
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
About the Role:
- Support sales teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage event planning, coordination, and execution
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless event delivery
- Identify opportunities to maximise revenue, conversion, and repeat business
- Oversee forecasting and reporting, associated administration
Requirements:
- Experience in hotel sales and supervision
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Microsoft Office and hotel software proficiency advantageous
