We are currently seeking a Sales and Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Austin Fraser.

About the Role:

This role will involve coordinating sales and inventory activities, ensuring seamless execution of merchandising processes and maintaining optimal stock levels across our store network.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Data Analysis: Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, informing stock management decisions and driving sales growth.
  2. Inventory Control: Implement effective inventory control measures to prevent overstocking, understocking, and minimise waste.
  3. Merchandise Planning: Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop and implement merchandise plans, aligning with business objectives and market demands.
  4. Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations and timely delivery of goods.
  5. Store Support: Provide support to store teams on sales and inventory matters, enhancing their knowledge and skills to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  6. Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyse regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and supply chain metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in sales and inventory coordination or a related field.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  5. A passion for delivering results and driving business growth.
