About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Inventory Coordinator to join our team at NorthPoint Search Group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing inventory levels, coordinating logistics operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure accurate stock reporting and efficient shipping processes.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to develop and implement strategies for reducing costs and improving supply chain efficiency.
  • Work closely with procurement teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Create and implement key performance indicators to measure inventory levels and logistics performance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-10 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management software, and supply chain management principles.
Compensation:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $115,000 per year, plus benefits and a 401(k) plan with a company match. This is a base salary, not hourly or commissioned.
