About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Trentside Medical Group.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and issuing repeat prescriptions.

Main Responsibilities

You will be the primary point of contact for patients, responding to telephone, in-person, and email inquiries.

Issue repeat prescriptions for regular medications and liaise with other NHS organizations and services as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a busy environment
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word
  • Proven customer service skills
  • GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above
  • Excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
