We are seeking a skilled Patient Pathway Coordinator to support the administrative team in the Paediatric Department at Nottingham University Hospitals, based at Queens Medical Centre (QMC).

The successful candidate will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative services to consultants and clinical teams, including maintaining admin systems and databases, supporting patient prescriptions, and answering inbound telephone queries in a confidential manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Support the provision of high-quality patient care by assisting with patient prescriptions and medication management
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inbound telephone queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Support the administrative team with clinic appointments, including cancelling, booking, and changing appointments
