About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Assistant to join our team at Lidl. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unpack deliveries and stock shelves in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure all access areas are clear for our drivers and maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Conduct regular freshness checks and rotate stock to ensure maximum freshness and quality
  • Assist in organizing promotional displays and special offers
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the success of the store
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly
  • Ability to react positively to changing priorities and work independently
  • Self-motivation and drive to work hard and contribute to the success of the store
  • Previous experience working night shifts is an asset
