Sales Position Overview

The Inside Auto Sales Executive role at Stericycle is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your sales career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention, you will be responsible for promoting our document destruction services to potential clients and negotiating sales agreements that meet their needs.

As an Inside Auto Sales Executive, you will work closely with the Account Executive team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies that drive revenue growth. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your ability to build rapport with customers, will enable you to succeed in this role.

About the Role
  • Represent the company's interests and promote our services to potential customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Negotiate sales agreements that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • 0-1 year of sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent time management, self-discipline, and organizational skills.
  • A strong negotiator with exceptional listening skills.

Estimated Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
