We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented German Language Administrator to join our team at Odin Careers Ltd. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our sales department, working closely with our UK, German, Swiss, and Austrian sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in both English and German (written and spoken) and previous administrative experience. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including data entry, order processing, and coordinating international deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for international accounts and internal teams
  • Process customer orders and assist the sales team with accurate data entry
  • Arrange transport and manage delivery logistics within the UK and internationally
  • Handle telephone enquiries, offering professional and courteous responses
  • Compile reports and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Suggest and implement improvements in administrative procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is essential
  • Previous administrative experience

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
