V3 are recruiting for a shipping administration to work in a busy Logistics Company based in Hilsea, Portsmouth.
If you have excellent administration skills and want to work within a busy and fast paced team then this could be the perfect role for you
Job Duties:
- Preparing Customs Paperwork/Data Entry
- Communicating with customers over the phone and e mail
- Dealing with cargo enquiries, bookings and paperwork
- Liaise with customers for shipping requirements/bookings and update on internal system
Qualification/Experience required:
- Knowledge/experience within shipping industry advantageous (not compulsory)
- Knowledge/experience using Microsoft packages
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills verbal/written
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive adaption to process changes
Salary - £23,760 per annum
