Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Business Administration Apprentice to contribute to the smooth operation of our business. This apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various administrative functions while developing essential skills in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organised records.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and colleagues.
- Support the team in managing office tasks using Google Suite and other software applications.
- Help with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects and tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organised office environment to promote productivity.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
- Proficiency in using computerised systems and software, with training provided.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Data entry skills with attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment are essential.
