Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to provide interim support to our External Asset Management desk. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the execution of end-client exits, ensuring seamless coordination and processing of client transitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the team in the coordination and processing of end-client exits, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure effective client exit processing, progress, and remediation.
  • Support Relationship Managers in the preparation of exit engagement calls and documentation, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and presented.
  • Process asset transfers and terminate accounts, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Notify Relationship Managers and desk head of any issues or pending items encountered during exit processing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in relationship management, with a strong understanding of client journeys and administration.
  • Excellent client service skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a highly professional manner.
  • Experience with account processes for Private Banking and Wealth Management clients.
  • Proficient in core Microsoft Office applications, with a strong understanding of WM applications.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet targets and deadlines.
