Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Lending team as a Relationship Manager Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of our lending products and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to Relationship Managers and customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Credit Process Management: Manage the credit process, including gathering information, writing credit reports, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, Relationship Managers, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Loan Completions Team to ensure smooth case progression and completion.
  • Reporting and Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including Management Information and loan management systems.
Requirements
  • Experience: Operating in a lending environment with property investors and developers, SME borrowers, or similar.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in a related field.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
  • Benefits Package: 8% company pension contribution, 3% individual contribution, 30 days holiday per year, flexible working, top-tier private medical cover, death in service, mental health support, and enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave.
