Requirements
  • Proven experience in residential nursing settings with a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership and knowledge of CQC standards
  • Active NMC PIN with evidence of continued professional development
  • Expertise in dementia care, providing effective support for individuals with dementia, their families, and staff
  • Proficient in technology and data analysis to enhance care quality and drive innovation
  • Skilled in implementing quality assurance and performance management systems effectively
