Clinical Quality Director

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Quality Director to join our team at Avante Care & Support Ltd. in Faversham, UK.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position with occasional additional hours as required. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading quality assurance initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities- Provide guidance and support to operational management and clinical teams to ensure high-quality care provision.
- Develop and implement effective quality assurance systems to meet CQC standards.
- Work closely with the leadership team to align clinical governance activities with strategic objectives.
- Active NMC PIN and evidence of continued professional development.
- Deep knowledge of CQC standards and experience in residential nursing settings.
- Proficiency in using technology and data analysis tools to support care quality initiatives.
- Competitive salary: Up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Flexible working arrangements, including 37 hours per week.
- Paid NMC fees and life insurance.
