Account Growth Specialist

The Account Growth Specialist will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue within the designated territory. Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving quarterly sales targets through proactive relationship-building, product promotion, and market analysis.
- Developing and implementing tailored account plans to drive growth and improve customer engagement.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and market trends.
- Fostering strong partnerships with existing and new customers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of sales success, particularly in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- A strong understanding of sales principles, including market analysis, target identification, and lead generation.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a comprehensive compensation package, including:
- A competitive salary, ranging from £45,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A performance-based bonus scheme, providing an additional 10% to 20% of annual salary.
- A company vehicle and fuel card, allowing you to travel efficiently and effectively throughout the territory.
- A generous pension scheme, contributing 5% to 10% of annual salary towards your retirement fund.
