Job Title: Account Growth Specialist

Daisy Group is a leading provider of voice, connectivity, mobile, phone systems, and cloud services. We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving set targets by driving net growth and increasing product penetration across our existing customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, with a clear understanding of commercial businesses across multiple verticals. You will be able to demonstrate a sales process and articulate our company's vision and product portfolio effectively.

A competitive salary of up to £40,000, plus an uncapped commission structure, is on offer. Additionally, you will receive 25 days' holiday, plus bank holidays, and an additional day for each year of service up to 30 days.

You will work closely with our support and specialist teams to provide high-level service and recommendations to your customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities effectively using CRM systems.

Salary Range: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities effectively using CRM systems.
  • Establish customers' needs for new/additional products and services.
  • Engage with specialist resource if necessary.
