Construction Industry Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Bennett & Game Recruitment LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion across the construction sector.

Job Description:This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable construction specialist, renowned for its high-quality façade and cladding products. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with architects, designers, and contractors, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth through effective communication and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Produce accurate and competitive quotes for customers, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service.
- Understand and meet customer requirements, providing tailored solutions to their needs.
- Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project manage orders, coordinating with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in internal sales or a related field.
- High-quality verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- A confident and proactive approach, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets.
- The ability to provide a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for administrative tasks.
- A positive team player, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Confident IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- The ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results under pressure.
- An understanding of and commitment to providing a high standard of customer service, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Flexibility in working hours, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
- 31 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) rising with service.
