Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our projects in the UK.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will manage day-to-day site operations, supervising subcontractors and site staff to ensure project deadlines are met. You will also liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve project goals.
- Manage and monitor site progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to project standards.
You will have proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme, healthcare benefits, and opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
