Regional Sales Director

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts, winning new business, and driving sales growth across a range of high-quality construction products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage approximately 50 existing accounts, with a focus on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with main contractors, sub-contractors, and other specialist sub-contractors
- Develop strong relationships with architects, specifiers, local authorities, and other stakeholders in the construction industry
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the construction or building product industry
- Strong technical knowledge of construction products and their applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
