Orthopaedic Territory Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our high-performing sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales activities within the territory, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring customer needs are met with integrity and professionalism.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a specialized product portfolio in the orthopaedic medical device sector. You will promote and sell products to healthcare customers, provide product and clinical information, conduct training, and develop effective relationships with key influencers and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell specialized orthopaedic devices to healthcare customers within the territory.
  • Provide product and clinical information to customers, facilitating safe and effective use of products.
  • Conduct necessary training for customers, ensuring optimal product usage.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within each account.
  • Track customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records on key individuals, demographics, and sales data.
  • Stay informed about competitor activity at both hospital and regional levels.
  • Report sales opportunities, business risks, and potential growth avenues to support company objectives.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in the Medical Device industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical and medical issues to a broad audience.
  • Service-oriented with a proactive approach to meeting customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
Additional Requirements

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
