Internal Sales Executive

This role presents an opportunity to join a rapidly growing construction specialist, renowned for its high-quality façade and cladding products. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for architects, designers, and contractors, responsible for fostering relationships and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Produce accurate and competitive quotes for customers, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service.
  • Understand and meet customer requirements, providing tailored solutions to their needs.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project manage orders, coordinating with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in internal sales or a related field.
  • High-quality verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • A confident and proactive approach, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets.
  • The ability to provide a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for administrative tasks.
  • A positive team player, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Confident IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • The ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results under pressure.
  • An understanding of and commitment to providing a high standard of customer service, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Flexibility in working hours, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
Salary and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
  • 31 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) rising with service.

  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00.
