Sales and Business Development Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts, winning new business, and driving sales growth across a range of high-quality construction products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage approximately 50 existing accounts, with a focus on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with main contractors, sub-contractors, and other specialist sub-contractors
- Develop strong relationships with architects, specifiers, local authorities, and other stakeholders in the construction industry
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the construction or building product industry
- Strong technical knowledge of construction products and their applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
