You'll work 20 hours per week, with flexible shift patterns to ensure our customers receive the support they need. Our fantastic induction programme will get you started, and you'll learn about our LEAP framework, which helps our customers tell their friends about their great experience in store.

  • You'll excel at building relationships with our customers
  • You'll be a friendly, approachable person with strong communication and listening skills
  • You'll be a true team player when it comes to hitting targets and keeping the store looking ship shape

The other stuff we're looking for:

  • Experience in Retail/Customer Service
  • An understanding of VMO2's products and services
  • Willingness to work additional hours
  • The ability to change and adapt to the business needs
