About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team at TJX Companies, Inc. As a Retail Associate, you will be an ambassador for our business, providing exceptional customer service and creating a treasure hunt experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
