We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Growth Manager to join our growing team at ClearCourse. As a key member of our sales community, you will be responsible for driving New Business growth within the ClearCourse Retail Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients and research new market opportunities.
- Oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
- Engage with Commercial, Product, Marketing and Support & Implementation teams to ensure operational plans are in place to deliver Key Strategic Initiatives.
- Document plans, activities and opportunities accurately in the Sales CRM system and maintain correct processes and procedures to effectively measure customer feedback.
- Continually review and improve business performance through tactical analysis of performance and risks.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A proven track record of success driving New Business growth within an IT / Tech / SaaS / Retail Software organisation.
- High level of technical and commercial awareness.
- Project management skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills.
- Background in e-commerce or retail software sales and/or experience and understanding of Retail software systems Including POS are beneficial.
